GINGY APPLE JUICE
I used the Breville Juice Fountain Elite to make this juice.
Juice:
2 Green Apples
1 break off a piece of fresh Ginger Root
For added punch:
Mince some fresh Ginger Root and stir into your juice. It will settle on the bottom. I like to swirl my glass near the finish and down it all.

MEAN GREEN JUICE
I used the Breville Juice Fountain Elite to make this juice though if you want to get the highest quality green juice I recommend the Green Star series.
3 Kale leaves and stems, ½ cucumber, ½ zucchini, ¼ red bellpepper.
This is a hardy green drink for serious hard core green lovers.
There is a lovely red froth on top from the red bellpepper.
If you can’t take the Mean Green then check out Sweet Green Juice to add a couple sweeter vegetables!

Juice 5 organic tomatoes of your choosing
For a kick sprinkle some Red Cayenne Pepper on top and stir.
Red Pepper is very good for people with high cholesterol and clogged arteries. It has a cleansing effect.

My Personal Juice Review-
There is a froth on top, over time the juice separates and the top is frothy, then a red layer that is slightly thicker and a bottom layer that s peach colored watery liquid. It tastes very smooth. I don’t taste pulp the way you do in V8 juice. Overall, lovely.

FINDING GINGER ICE TEA
Steep Tea Of Your Choice
1 Glass Of Crushed Ice
2 Tbspn Of Maple Syrup
1 Clove Size Of Minced & Crushed Ginger (1 Tbspn)
1 Tspn Of Lemon Juice
Rub The Lemon Along The Rim Of The Glass As Well For Added Flavor.
Stir And Enjoy.

ROSEMARY TOMATOES (RAW)
Slice 3 Tomatoes Into Bite Sizes
Squeeze Lemon Juice on tomatoes
Sprinkle Sea Salt On Tomatoes
Sprinkle Minced Fresh Rosemary
Sprinkle Cayenne Pepper
Optional: Falafel Crisps
Optional: Soak Sliced Sweet White Onions (Walla Walla) In
Half/Half Mixture Of Soy Sauce And Olive Oil For At Least 10 Minutes.
